Cancellations policy 

No cancellations- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
We process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery,
Please review your order carefully before submitting. By placing your order, you acknowledge that cancellation is not an option. 

 

Rufund And Return/Exchange policy

1. Change of Mind:
We regret to inform you that we do not offer exchange/returns or refunds for a change of mind or if you no longer want the product. We encourage our customers to carefully consider their purchase before placing an order.

2. Damaged products- If (within 24 hours of receiving your order) you discover that the product is damaged or defective, we are here to assist you.
       
Please follow these steps to initiate a return:

1. Customer Support: Notify our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order (whatsapp - 8395075665 or contacting us on Instagram) Provide your name, order number and parcel opening video.
 
Important- Parcel unboxing video is mandatory so make parcel opening video whenever you receive your parcel 

2. Pickup: Once our customer support team receives your request, we will evaluate the situation then we will arrange  pick up for return if applicable.

3. ⁠Replacement or store credit: Upon receiving the damaged item, our team will inspect it. If the product is deemed to be damaged or defective as described, we will promptly send you a replacement at no additional cost.  However, if the exact product is not available, we will issue store credit equivalent to the value of the original purchase.

Note-

1. Replacement -  parcel will be shipped within 1-3 working days, total delivery time 5-7 days.
2. ⁠Store credit - store credit will be credited within 24 hours.

Non-Eligible Returns:
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Any products purchased during the Sale Period.
- Free Products provided during the occasional Sale Period.

Store Credit:
Store credit issued in lieu of a replacement can be used towards a future purchase at our online store. The store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
