Refund and Exchange policy

We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and offer product exchange only under specific conditions. Please read the policy carefully before making a request.

🔸 We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or size issues.
🔸 Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.
🔸 Exchange is applicable only in case of:

  • Damaged or defective products (must be supported by valid proof),

  • If the error is from our side (wrong item, etc.)

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Share a clear unboxing video (unedited and unfiltered) from the moment the seal is broken till the product is fully visible.

  2. Email us the video and order details at anantajuels@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.

📦 Exchange Eligibility:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Exchange will be processed only after inspection and based on availability.

  • If the product is unavailable, you may choose to wait for a restock or request a refund (only for damaged items, not shipping).

Please Note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • For errors from our end, we will bear the shipping charges (limited to ₹80).

  • Sale/discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

  • Products already used or worn will not be accepted for exchange.
